Italy Photo Diary

San GimignanoI recently visited Italy, mainly for a wedding, but also as a mini holiday with my boyfriend and his family

We stayed in a hotel outside of a small town named San Gimignano and the wedding was held somewhere in Tuscany. I don't actually know where! The ceremony was held in a town hall and then we had a 40 minute drive to a castle on the mountainside where the reception was held. It was like something out of a fairytale movie and I don't think any wedding can ever compete!

Take a peek at some of the photographs I took whilst out there and experience it all through my camera lens

ItalyWe also spent our last full day walking around Florence. I didn't actually know what there was to look at or sight see in Florence so we literally just walked around taking photographs of anything that was pretty, which ended up being quite a lot. Obviously I haven't included ALL of my images within this blog post, only a small selection of my favourite ones that help sum up my time in Italy

FlorenceThere is still so much I want to see in Italy and I will definitely be going back. Obviously there is Rome, Venice and Pisa still to explore and many more pasta and pizza dishes to be consumed within my lifetime!

I hope you have enjoyed my photo diary. Have you ever visited Italy?

  4. I loved Tuscany when we visited. We stayed in a small village and visited Voltera & San Gimignano with 3 nights in Florence. Can't wait to go back.
