Week 3 went a little like this this...
I have found finding time REALLY hard this week. I don't know why but I just have not been able to fit everything in
I ended up going to the gym on a Saturday, in between getting my car service done and meeting blogger Leigh Travers to take some pics of her. A small window but I managed it. As soon as I got to the gym at 10am, ALL of the treadmills were being used. Nightmare. I did a warm up on the rowing machine, and after hitting 1K on there there were still no treadmills free. I ended up doing my assignment on the cycling machine instead. At least I was still using my legs and I managed 25 minutes before I had to go home and get on with my day. I felt like I had accomplished something by actually going despite having a busy day, even if my legs did feel a bit like jelly
I also only just about managed my trail run this morning. I am finding it hard to do my trail runs because of the cold. I had to go to the doctors and get a new asthma inhaler as the cold is really doing me in right now. I just haven't had a chance to go fill the prescription :(
Safe to say, I am a little disappointed by myself that I can't do the trail runs as well as the treadmill runs. Roll on warmer climates so I can potentially run further and longer outside
Any running tips you can provide me with?
