NEW // Joey, Northern Magpie Blog

Joey, Northern Magpie blog
Joey of Northern Magpie blog is a blogger that I have followed for ages and have always admired her style of fashion as well as the aesthetic to the images she posts also
When she got in touch with me to shoot I jumped at the chance! I just knew I had to shoot her and see what we could create together

Her style of images is very grunge and gritty and I thought that certain areas of Shoreditch would be perfect for this! There is plenty of street art around Shoreditch which always helps give a cool and hip urban vibe to images

Thanks to a street art tour I had shot with Farfetch I already had some ideas of locations to head to when walking around Shoreditch. I just had to remember where they were!
Thankfully I remembered most of it, but also walking around aimlessly led us to get some creating content in all kinds of situations and down all kinds of different roads with amazing architecture

Sometimes the best thing you can do is wander around and then inspiration will strike when you least expect it. Don't try and force it in a particular location if you aren't feeling the surroundings. That won't help create the amazing content you want to achieve

As always, this is a very image heavy post as I like to share my latest photography work with you all. I am proud of my photography work and it's always nice to have an outlet to be able to show it all off!

  1. Absolutely gorgeous shots as always! Joey looks incredible. I really love the soft colours in these images, and particularly how they contrast with the grungey location.

I also must admit Nissan Fiagro's are my ultimate dream car, and I am swooning over the one in the background of the first image, haha - I'll have to look into that graffiti tour too!
